Okay, so apparently I'm an idiot.

I'm gonna have to take my system into the shop again, and this time it's toally my fault. Either way, I hate it when this kind of crap happens. Makes any self-respecting IT guy feel like a total dork...but fortunately, they make tech support for techs too.

It's just harder for them not to laugh in your face when you show up.
