The Superhero that got me into comics as a kid, and subsequently, geekhood, was Iron Man. [This was the first comic book I ever read, #200] He's not the #1 pick by most comic fans as their fav, but he sure as hell is mine. Tony Stark's techno-powered cripple, cut off from everyone by illness, alcoholism, and his millions, personified the tragic hero for me as a kid.

And John Favreau is Directing it!!!!
