My sincere apologies to Black Dog for not explaining this one. Actually it's kinda funny. There is no story.

This guy just showed up to my apartment complex, asking where my unit was. He didn't ask for me by name, but rather decided to just lurk around the building my unit was in. He walked around the front of the complex and look at my unit, and then the back.

Then he chose to leave. Weird.

Either way, my brother in law snapped a pic of his plates as he left and emailed them to me later. I ran his plates and we'll see what happens next.
